"The hotel was very outdated and not very clean. The beds were uncomfortable, the sink clogged, shower head fell off, and the sheets felt gross."

"I reported a complaint with the hotel as well as sent a lengthy email to Stay Hotel airport LIS as well as their Corp. office when I was there. The one staff was terribly rude but other staff members did apologise for his behavior. Couple nights later he did apologise to me after probably being reprimanded by his fellow staff or managers. I’ve stayed here at this hotel many times and not had issues especially of this magnitude. "

"Nous avons choisi l’hôtel pour la proximité avec l’aéroport et le transport fourni à l’aéroport prévu en fin de nuit. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau pour se laver, bien qu’on nous ait dit qu’il y en aurait à partir de 18h. Et, lorsque nous étions prêt à partir à 5h du matin, le shuttle n’était plus disponible car une des portes était brisée. Ils ont commandé un taxi, mais nous avons dû le payer!! Le personnel a été très professionnel pour les circonstances. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete...

"My only suggestion would be to provide an extra blanket and one or 2 extra pillows in the room. Complimentary fresh coffee for travellers departing early or even for a smsll fee would also be so appreciated."

"Wir haben 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist nah an Metro und Bus, sowie zum Flughafen. Sauberkeit top. Frühstück haben wir einmal extra vor Ort dazugebucht für 15€ pro Person. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unserer Meinung nach nicht. Angebot überschaubar, nur Rührei aus dem Tetrapack, Auswahl nicht vielfältig genug. "

"This is a good affordable choice for anyone visiting Lisbon. It is close to the airport and Oriente station. The price is lower than comparable hotels in the city center. The area is quiet. Metro, bus, taxi and Uber provide affordable access to the center."

"I like staying here because of it's convenient location and staff. When I leave at 5 am I always have an early flight and was able to have a quick breakfast. The other times the staff made sure there was bread for toast, but unfortunately not this time, I was reminded that breakfast starts at 6. It's ok. I would suggest to have bread in a bag so early guests could toast their bread even before 6am. Thank you"

"Lovely large and spacious family room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great food options in the restaurant and breakfast buffet. Easy walking access to metro to get into central Lisbon. "

"My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "
