"Great location across from Eduardo VII park and metro lines. Everything needed cam be found around and calm and quiet street during nights. Great and super friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with polite and fun helpers and personell. Helpful and friendly from desk people. I had a very comfortable time staying 12 days at this amazing location l booked the terrace suite and that added another leve of experience with it's gorgeous view of most of Lisbon! "Great stay in fab location, staff were very welcoming, but a few a small issues means this hotel doesn’t live up to five stars. Horrendous noise from the shower in one of our rooms and could hear similar from
showers in neighbouring rooms, rooms were not cleaned one day (which was resolved quickly) and whilst breakfast food options are great, the waiters do the drinks service and we had to ask several (up to four times) for juices/ hot drinks each morning."
