After an hour of changing the thermostat when we got to the room it hadn’t lowered at all. We went down to the desk to ask about it and they went onto a laptop to adjust something and said it was fine. An hour later it was still unchanged and uncomfortable but the reception had closed for the evening. We phoned and sent a message...

"The room was very clean and cool. However, the bed was made a weird way. There was no duvet cover, the uncovered duvet was on the inside and a sheet covering the outside. I had to completely turn it over so that the sheet was next to me. When I went to check out, there was nobody at reception at the Bernina hotel where we checked in. I waited a while but just left the key as I couldn’t wait any longer. The breakfast was basic but adequate."
