"I booked a studio (internal room and bathroom) initially which was too small for all my luggage and I needed the external view, so upgraded to a Studio apartment. The apartment was very clean, light and well equipped. Everything I needed for an 8 night solo stay. Spectacular view over the city and well placed for travel. The service was efficient and friendly and very responsive when I requested an upgrade. My only grumble would be about the lifts. They are limited for the amount of floors and...

"It's not a luxury stay but an run-down loft unit. Incomplete amenities, e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, water filter even though feedback to the host, nothing was done. Cleanliness is not up to par and the unit condition is not well maintained. Ended up checking out and book another hotel."

I would recommend staying here to all travelers to Kuala Lumpur as the proximity to Sentral Station makes it a very accessible hotel for visiting other parts of the city. "
