Clean room, staff knows chinese so that was easier for me to communicate and they were all super nice and helpful. I was able to store my luggage and go shopping and come back before heading to the airport. There is a resting area on the side where you can repack your luggage in case you bought too much (happened to me).
There is a bit of an uphill so if you have heavy luggage, it would not be recommended to walk with it. The stations were very close and convenient to get around. Would 100% stay here again.
Best advice I can give is to just take the cab in on check in day, so that you don't have to get all the luggage up there. Check out day is easier since it will be a downhill. When I took a taxi I gave the hotel name and they looked for it in the GPS, and there's two locations (one in Sinchon and one in Insadong), so have the actual street address ready in Korean to show on the phone and say that it's near Sinchon station. Got to the location pretty easily :)
