The Lotte hotel's location is superb for those exploring the Myeongdong area, but beyond that, it falls short of five-star expectations. Renovations are overdue, as the interior feels outdated and lacks the luxury expected of a top-tier hotel. Additionally, the repetitive breakfast menu over four days and unpleasant restroom odors were disappointing. I'm hesitant to consider this hotel for future stays.

Very nice rooms with good beds and bath. Staff always gave me the impression I didnt belonged every time I entered the lobby. Reservation policy very inflexible. Concierge very helpful.

Very lovely hotel, quiet in the rooms, helpful staff but very expensive. Lobby is nice but no seating area. Unable to take a break and sit in the lobby. Went for coffee/tea in the day time restaurant with friends. Little did we know that the price of a tea was $15.00 U.S.!

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. A minor point, it will be nice if there have a few couches or chairs around the ground floor lobby for guests to sit while awaiting for pick up cars.

Beautiful well maintained 5 star hotel in the heart of Seoul with excellent hospitality, on site restaurants, and direct access to Lotte Department Store. Gyeonbokgung, Dongdamyun Market, and Namsan Park are within 30 min walk. Myeundong night Market and subway station is 3 min walk away I had breakfast buffet at La Seine, the selection and quality was excellent I had my best meal in Korea at the hotel Korean Restaurant Mughunhwa on top of the hotel. The food court at the Lotte Department Store is where I go for quick bites and sweets when trying to avoid the summer heat. Lotte Hotel Executive Tower will be my place to stay whenever I visit Seoul.

Disappointing, upsetting, BED BUGS at a 5 star hotel!!! The staff was not sympathetic, caring or took accountability. There was a front desk manager who was helpful, but that was about it. My body is covered with bites and after that it pretty much ruined my trip!

Service was fast and courteous !! Lobby area has no sofa or seating so if you have to wait for taxi then you need to stand. Executive tower was located next to lotte and 5-10 walk to Myeongdong with fun shops, good restaurants and street food Check in for executive tower on 15th tower had lovely seating area.

Had a wonderful stay here. Service, location, breakfast buffet and room were excellent. Only suggestions for improvement are 1) during our stay the sauna was out of order and this was not communicated well, 2) while breakfast buffet was delicious and very enjoyable, for guests eating there daily, some variation of options would have been appreciated. But overall this hotel was excellent.

Hotel is super posh and the room's functions are very modern (e.g., sensor technology). View is great as we got upgraded to mountain view unknowingly. Only improvement I can think of is having someone open the door at the lobby as our hands were really full all the time from shopping and have to resort to opening the door with our body.

Lovely Stay!
Lovely stay at the Lotte Executive Tower. It’s our second time with the Lotte establishment although the first time was over at the main building. What I love most would be the location and quality of their product. Rooms are well appointed and kept at great condition. Executive lounge is wonderful at the executive tower. If one thing I may say, I wished they would change the variety every couple of days

Lotte executive tower is by far one of the best hotel experience I had in Seoul Korea. The location is great, pretty much walking distances to shopping (it is connected to Lotte department store), surrounding eye sight areas, and neighboring places. The level of the services at this hotel was simply amazing. Everyone that worked there were nice and helpful. The room was in great condition. I stayed at grand deluxe double room with 1 king bed. It was spacious and clean.
