Super convenient location with two subway stops less than a 5 minute walk away; building also has 2 restaurants and is surrounded by cafes. Cannot stress the convenience of the hotel enough - felt like we were literally in the middle of everything in Seoul. The room was sufficient for 3 adults, and was cleaned often with new towels daily. The facilities were not super new (e.g. older toilet, ageing wallpaper, old carpet, etc.) but everything worked perfectly fine.

We booked 4 nights at Line hotel through Expedia system. The booking was confirmed. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff said they can not find our reservation. It took a long time for him to tell us that our reservation was canceled, and there was no room for us that night. We contacted Expedia, and been told that Line Hotel canceled our reservation. We were “homeless’ in a rainy dark night in a foreign country. It was very unpleasant. Expedia staff was not helpful at all. We are very disappointed with Expedia hotel booking! Line Hotel staff helped us to found a room somewhere else for the night. So far no one took responsibility, not hotel nether Expedia!

In such a case, we check whether the card number you registered to prevent no-show is valid, but if the card is not paid, the reservation can be canceled and the regulation is the same regardless of hotel. There is a system where outside air flows into the room, and there is a sign in the room that changes the function of the air conditioner. great wee hotel!
We stayed in the deluxe double and it was lovely! Very spacious and a great view from the floor to ceiling windows. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Great bathroom! Great location! Would recommend.

Perfect location!
Such a convenient location! It’s a minute walk away from Euljiro-1ga station and about a 5 minute walk to Myeongdong station. There was a bit of construction happening on the ground floor of the building, but once you get to the lobby on the 5th floor, it’s unnoticeable. Because of the virus, the counter was empty and quiet, but after about a minute of making sure we didn’t check in on our own, a staff came out to check us in - very quick and efficient! Her English was natural. The rooms were tiny, but it was the perfect size for me and my friend in the double bed room. The room was clean, except for our sink drain which might have been broken - we had to take it out and clean it of all the gunk. And besides the beds feeling a little stiff, we had a wonderful stay - I would definitely go back based on the convenience!

Great location!
The location was great. The rooms were okay. They took out the trash and gave us new towels everyday but only sometimes made the bed. Overall I would stay here again.

The hotel is in very good location near the metro station Euljiuro 1-ga, less than a min! Walking distance to the Myeongdong shopping area, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, very convenient! The twin room is very small, but it’s expected, so we have no issue with it! The hotel is new and very clean, would recommend to all who wants to stay around that area!

Pro —— • Affordable pricing for the location. • Reception check in staff is friendly and helpful. • Room is tidy, modern and clean looking as it’s a newly opened hotel in autumn 2019. • Standard clean towels given daily. • Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Con —— • Bottled water isn’t restocked • Toilet paper wasn’t restocked when we were on our last roll. Luckily we just finished it on our last day. • Hair found in the clean folded towels.

Everything was great - except one: smells like sewers. Location was exceptional, room was neat and clean, friendly people, except smell. This place looks like remodeled from studios, and some room seemed to have no window. That means - vent is very important. Unfortunately, funny smell was coming out of the vents and air-conditioners. Hope they can fix this, fast.

Could not connect to the WiFi and the television is broken down, so nothing can be shown on the tv. We’ve informed the hotel staff. Although they said they were going to fix it the next day, nothing was fixed. We stayed there for 5 nights but they didn’t clean up our room for the last two nights, which the rubbish was remained in the room for three consecutive days.

We empty the trash can everyday but we do not touch shopping bags or shoe boxes unless the guest requests us to clean them up. This is to prevent the employee to throw away customer's unwanted items by mistakes. Regarding the maintenance matter, Your stay dates at our hotel were one of the biggest holidays in Korea. We are very sorry for that were unable to fix it right away. We are sorry for the inconvenience you had and thank you for your kind consideration. Would definitely recommend
Comfy, nice view, clean, convenient for Myeongdong shopping and restaurants, friendly staff who spoke English, it was peaceful and had everything we needed in it. Overall a great place to stay.

まだコートがいる寒い時期なのに暑かったら冷房入れてください、暖房はありませんとチェックインで言われ驚きました、部屋は結露が酷く上着を着ていないと寒く布団も薄くシャワーも大変でしたし風邪ひきそうです。ホテルのトイレも清潔さが全く無く辛かったです。 ただ場所はとても良いです駅から直ぐで飲食店も周りにたくさんありとても便利です。 ホテルの方は感じ良いです。

Good location, very close to subway station and shopping area. Booked room with window, good space. Only bad thing is share lift with the hotpot shop, strong smell in the lift every time back and leave from hotel

Estupenda estancia en el centro de Seúl
Toda la estancia ha sido maravillosa. La habitación es muy acogedora y sin duda lo más genial son las vistas gracias al ventanal que tiene. El personal del hotel es muy atento, no hemos tenido ningún problema y han sido muy serviciales. Otro de los puntos positivos de este hotel es la localización. Estás en pleno centro de Seúl y cerquísima del metro. Repetiremos seguro. ¡Gracias por el servicio, Line Hotel Myeongdong!

隔音不好
隔音很差 超級差 房間整理時間在下午4點到6點 飯店位置在明洞夜市附近 樓下有7-11兩家星巴克 咖啡廳 炸雞一條街也在附近 整體來說 除了隔音差 都很不錯
