"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was well maintained and far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and included useful amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator. The complimentary continental breakfast was satisfying, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The value for the price is outstanding, I honestly felt like I got much more than what I paid for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Its convenient location near the outlets is an added bonus for shopping and dining."

"We really loved our stay at Hotel Bethany Beach, even during a less-than-beautiful Memorial Day weekend. We loved being able to bring my dog, and unlike many dog-friendly hotels, our room was spotless and you would never have known dogs stay there all the time. No stains or odors...very clean. Never heard any barking either. We particularly loved the complimentary breakfast, and it was one of the better hotel breakfasts we have seen...lots of variety and hot foods! They also keep bringing out food until 10am on the dot - no cleaning things up by 20 minutes before the end, like many hotels do. And no side eye from the staff when we took extra muffins and fruit to go. The hotel staff was all GREAT! Super friendly and helpful with ideas for how to entertains ourselves during cold, rainy days. Although we would have loved daily cleaning of our room, they were generous with giving us clean towels as often as we wanted, and extra trash bags. This place is the best deal at the beach! We'll be back."

"The first room had a floor that is slanted and caves in. The gym is nothing like the photos. The room looks nothing like the photos either. The air conditioner does not work and the room is HOT. This is a total disappointment and I want my money back. Pool was definitely not temperature controlled. The 2nd room was decent. Had to get my room changed because of how bad it was. Staff was great about trying to fix my stay which I appreciate. Under sink cabinet was broken which maintenance never came and fixed like they said."
