"Absolutely beautiful restored old mill lovely and clean , comfortable good food and friendly staff .Also the grounds of the hotel were breathtaking so lovely to walk around the lake and see the peacock and ducks would definitely return ."

"The room was ensuite and well equipped and we found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. We had the full English breakfast and were delighted with the high quality of the bacon etc. The swimming pool was heated and was available from early morning to late evening. The host -Craig - was always very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there again whenever visiting that area of Devon. "

"This Hotel has been recently renovated to a high standard. The room was was perfect for us, and the breakfast was with some great quality produce (bacon especially)! Staff were really nice and helpful too. Just there when you need them. No fuss. Highly recommended. "

"The room was spacious, the bed was huge and comfy, the bathroom was spotless with a deep bath, shower, and plenty of hot water. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. Having an area outside with our own garden table and chairs was great. Would certainly stay again. "

"Fantastic traditional B&B close the centre of Dawlish and a short walk from all transport options. We booked last minute but the hosts Ian and Nikki were pleased to accommodate us and provided comfortable clean rooms and a delicious award winning breakfast. Only caveat is the car park is relatively tight and might present a problem for drivers of larger SUVs but Ian was on hand upon arrival to greet arriving guests and ensure the parking worked out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will...

"Just staying a couple of nights in Exeter on a cycling trip. This was economical and convenient, about 15 minute walk into the centre. Room was typical student accommodation: compact, en suite toilet and shower, Wi-Fi/Tea Making/towels / no TV. Room was clean, check-in was easy with friendly helpful staff who also offered secure cycle storage. Breakfast was extra in the main dining hall. Everything was OK for me. "

"We stayed at home farm for a weekend break and were really pleased we did. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Richard and his team are friendly attentive and strive to make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay... as for the Thai food, you really need to try it. It is amongst the best I have ever eaten. We will definitely stay here again! "

"We would definitely recommend the Groveside. Hosts friendly and helpful. Everything was to a high standard...cleanliness, breakfast. 5 minute walk to the shops and sea-front. Free parking on site. Intimate garden with tables and chairs. Buses go to lots of local places including Exeter and Lyme Regis. Local pubthe Swan , good food and ambiance. If you can get to Topsham, there's a restaurant called The Galley which we would highly recommend. "
