"Room heat was sporadic at best"

"The room was very nice size and the beds were comfortable, perfect for our family of 4. The pool was warm and kids had fun. The conference rooms were very messy for the end of the day, but it was a busy weekend so probably the staff couldn’t keep up. As well there was no common space we could share a pizza with our small company of friends, so we had to use our friend’s room. The elevators were surprisingly slow and we chose to just use stairs most of the time."

"Was not able to get bill printed because I booked the Expedia? Doesn’t seem to make sense."

"The property was easy to get to, with plenty of parking. I came back late at night and did not have to park far away. Staff presented okay. They were helpful when needed, but some had an attitude as if they did not want to be there. The room was clean and well-presentable. There is a microwave in the room, which was helpful, but the fridge was small. It did not fit much. It was loud in the morning; you could hear the other guests walking around on the floor above you. "Check in was quick and easy. The day desk staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice, although the mattress was a bit too springy and our room was right next to the elevator so we heard the doors opening and closing as well has other guests in the hall all throughout the night. The pool was nice and well maintained and overall, we enjoyed our stay."
