"Cozy, quaint hotel with real early American New England feel. Our room was at the far end from the Old Salt Restaurant so we didn't hear any noise from there. I have no idea if rooms closer to the Old Salt can hear anything from there or not. If I am ever staying in that part of New Hampshire again, I would happily stay at Lamie's again."

"There was no information provided or available in the room regarding things such as breakfast times, hours of the pool, or local things to do/places to eat. While the cleaning staff were pleasant, the front desk clerk was not friendly and not helpful. No towels at the pool, and a giant wad of hair stuck to the side of the shower was discovered during our initial use. Maintenance on things such as the pool is overduue. Nothing absolutely horrible, but will spend our money elsewhere next time."

But the reality is that the 1 st floor bedroom window where the patrons with dogs can stay, don’t lock, the room was so wet that our clothes were damp (the entire bag) the next morning, and the hallway smelled of wet dog despite their being no rain for-weeks. the pool was grossly murky that my kid didn’t want to get in at all, and breakfast’s waffles (the pre-prepared ones) were so stale and hard that my...

"Our room was very clean. All the staff were friendly and we received excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent. The woman in charge of the breakfast was fantastic and she did an excellent job, very very friendly and made sure everyone had enough food and drinks. She deserves a BIG raise for all she did keeping up with the food, she was amazing and so friendly. The coffee was really good and always hot and fresh!!!! If we had one complaint it wound better pillows, they had no support...

"I stayed 5 nights at the Everhome Suites in Newington / Portsmouth NH. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was also very clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well which was great given there was a heat wave while we stayed there. The only advice I would give is to bring some extra cutlery as the room only has 2 of everything which can be annoying. We just went to Walmart across the street and picked up some disposable cutlery and plates."

Only complaint: AC in the room occasionally made noise that sounded like it needed some maintenance, we had to turn it off then on again once, but nothing serious."

"We had the best stay! We stayed for 9 days, our room was always cleaned and had new towels, the beds were comfy and the staff was amazing!!! Everyone was so kind and happy! The one thing we didn’t like was the parking was tight in the front but they didn’t tell us about the spaces in the back! There is another parking lot behind the building! The breakfast was perfect and always stocked up! Deff worth the stay!"

"This was our 5th or 6th stay. Prior stays were very pleasant, but we won't be returning now. Pros: hotel lobby is welcoming, plenty of options for snack and drink purchases, decor for every holiday, breakfast buffet is good, 24 hour coffee, popcorn in the evening, excellent location to the area, and a/c in room worked well.
