"Don’t stay here unless you’re ok with a gnat infestation. Just to give you an idea, there were dead gnats in the plastid wrapped cups for the coffee in the room. The only thing “good” about this hotel is the location for concerts. When I requested to change rules because of the gnats the front desk stated, “all rooms are the same.” Only one elevator was working and it was in the way back. Thankfully they had parking back there but was still an inconvenience when we left the hotel not by car. It...

"Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen."

"The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. However, they run the place really cheaply so I would not go back. They only clean the rooms every other day but give you towels for 1 day. The room had no conditioner and the body lotion didn’t work. There was no bar soap. They use the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I’ve encountered in a hotel. They give you 1 coffee capsule for your stay, no matter how many nights. And they charge $20 per day for parking."

"Stayed here during a business trip and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. One of my coworkers left her room in the morning with the bathroom sink completely fine. While we were away, housekeeping found the sink broken. Instead of investigating what happened, management immediately decided it was our co-worker's fault, charged her $350, police wad called, and had her removed from the hotel. "Great location. Shops and restaurants in walking distance. The pool was clean and warm. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Halls were quiet. Room was cleaned every day. Staff pleasant and friendly."
