"I stayed at Days Inn Black Bear on 10.26.26. Check in was easy and quick. I'm an older woman that decided to go to TJ Max just after dark. I got lost. I called the front desk at the hotel. The same young woman that had checked me in answer. She gave me great directions on how to get back to the hotel. She was so helpful. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE!"

"Hello fellow travelers: 1. The room was super clean and met all my needs. The towels were pretty thin and small, but they still worked. Although the room was nice the bathroom, specifically the bathtub, was outdated. 2. I used the gym and visited the breakfast. The gym was small but still had useful machines. If they added dumbbells/weights that would make it even better. The breakfast had a good variety of food. 3. The staff were super helpful. I can be a chaotic traveler, but they were willing to work with me. Lastly, this facility does not have an elevator so be aware of that if you are a solo traveler and/or have heavy suitcases. Honestly, I had a really great experience and would recommend this location for those who don’t need a lot of amenities and just want someplace that’s simple and comfortable."
