The proceeds very reasonable and the hotel reached out ahead of time to warn us that evenings can be noisy due to the bar downstairs. We did hear some activity at night but nothing my noise canceling sleep headphones and the air conditioning couldn’t handle. Maybe we got lucky with our assigned room? "Location to the beach was perfection. Great cafes and restaurants underneath but super close to the rest of the Campbell pde offerings. Room wasn’t clean when we arrived but that seemed to be a misunderstanding and was rectified before we got back from our coffee run. No parking was a bit of a problem and had to find an old faithful back street to leave the car for the weekend, but again that’s not a stay problem and more of a universal Bondi beach problem. "The staff were fantastic. The hotel is new and still under construction. The rooms are very modern but unfortunately our curtains kept opening and lights kept coming on throughout the night due to motion sensors in the room, and the manager apologized and provided us with a free breakfast. Overall our stay was wonderful. A block from Coogee Beach!"
