"Room service cleaned room every day. Amenities were nice. Staff were great."

"We had a nice stay! The rooms were nice and clean! The complimentary breakfast was a favorite of the family. Such a variety and well stocked! As well as the cookies at check in, the kids were quite peckish after our travels. The treat held them over until dinner. The staff were welcoming and very helpful! We would definitely stay again!"

"I really liked the room set-up. I remember when the hotel was first built around 2023-24 and it looked so modern. This was our first stay. We stayed on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep our upstairs neighbors made and I mean EVERY FOOT STEP. Also, we could hear people talking as they walked by our room, like our door was open. terrible sound-proofing on the ceiling and door. The hotel was clean and smelled good and the breakfast was awesome. If I were to stay again, I would ask...

"It was a nice facility and convenient to the places we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area for us to go eat."

"Clean room, air conditioning worked great in the high heat and humidity. Didn't use pool. Plenty of parking. Easy access to interstate. It was very quiet at night. I felt safe traveling alone in that area. Spent two nights here to attend a wedding. The breakfast was disappointing. It still had 1 hour left but the waffle mix was empty, there were only 3 pieces of bacon, only a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and other items looked picked over."

"When we arrived we were informed someone pooped on the pool and it was closed unsure when it would reopen. We were told we could use the outdoor pool across the street when we went over to the hotel across the street we were told they weren't affiliated with our hotel and we couldn't swim there. The ice maker was broke for over half of our stay."

"The room itself was spacious and modern. We liked the kitchenette feature. An extra sitting chair with ottoman would have been nicer. The heating/cooling unit is right next to the window side bed in our two queen bed room, and it was uncomfortable when it was blowing across me while trying to sleep - i could not sleep when the blower was on."

"The check in was probably the fastest I've ever had. There for Breyerfest in July. Place is clean and everything is good. Our air stopped working the middle of the 2nd to last night. Told the front desk as we were leaving that morning and she said she would either have it fixed or move us to another room, very nice lady. When we returned that evening, that girl was a tad snippy about 'she didn't know why she said she'd have it fixed because they don't come in for that over the weekend'. ...

"Stayed for 12 nights and room was cleaned twice. Had a noisy ventilation fan in the hallway outside my room that kept changing pitch. Construction was going on the floor below mine and often you could hear Construction equipment being used. Soap in the shower ran out after the first week and was never replaced. I've stayed at this location often in the past and have never had issues until now."
