"This was by far one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in! Beautifully done and a bonus was the very kind staff!"

"Paid for parking, but when I came back that evening, no parking spot was available. Was told at the front desk that they didn’t process of reserving the spot, so someone else got it. No heat in the room, was only blowing out cold air. Had to turn off the blower and get a space heater to try to warm up the room. The temperature in the room was in the low 60s. A vent in the bathroom was covered with a heavy layer of dust."

"Well preserved historic building. We would definitely stay there again. It was $22 per day to self park on property but the location was perfect for us so that wasn’t an issue."

"Dirty than my dog pan had bedbugs sheets were dirty had food and blood on them. Asked for clean sheets she went to look for some said she couldn’t find any. She gave me a towel instead super nice lady, but I had bedbugs bugs. I killed three roaches and I finally called Expedia and moved. Do not stay unless if you already have bedbugs and lice. "Don’t even try to stay here. Arrived at 930pm and all lights in lobby were off and no staff to be found. Had to find another hotel. "
