"The hotel is located near the airport with free shuttle service from Zürich airport. The staff who checked us in is nice and approachable with a friendly smile. But the bar staff is abrupt when we asked for a cup ( only 2 cups in the room when 3 of us checked in) as it is out of hours when we arrived and housekeeping is not available. Standard room size. "Perfect quite hotel at the foothills of the Alps with a perfect Zurich lake view , wonderful spa and gym, with a jacuzzi in open air, open until 22:00 , I had got a lake view room on the1st floor with the exit to the garden, so I can to do practice straight on the ground, I didn't rent a car so I used Uber it's 20 minutes to the center of Zurich and costs 20-30 CHF .I have a good vacation here and would like to come again. "
