Schon der Eingangsbereich und die Flure waren sehr schmutzig, die Türen beschädigt und es gab einen unangenehmen Geruch. Der gesamte Zustand war unzumutbar – es sah überhaupt nicht wie ein Ort aus, an dem man übernachten kann. Wir mussten wieder gehen und haben um eine Rückerstattung gebeten.
