"Staff is what made my stay so special. Very kind, helpful, amenable. There is NO air conditioning. Rooms are small and circulation is almost nonexistent so beware if booking during summer. Decent breakfast spread. Great location, convenient and near major points of interest. The staff truly did make the stay so comfortable and I would recommend the hotel to anyone outside summer season."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy, if a bit less up to date than other nearby hotels. Great location close to everything. No AC but room stayed fairly comfortable overnight with a fan. Don’t expect every amenity but a very comfortable, basic hotel."

"We have 2 rooms and 2 full baths, very spacious! Tourist spots are just a walk away and restaurants are everywhere. Water station located at the lobby with some candies and fresh appples you can grab. The hotel also provided us a bottle made of glass for water refill, quite helpful to keep us hydrated and save some bucks buying water worth 5 chf in some places. Brilliant idea! We had so much fun exploring the beautiful Luzern! 😊"
