"Our room was not ready for check in by 3 pm and we were told to sit and wait and come back periodically to the reception desk to check on our room. On the 3rd trip to the desk at 4 pm and our room still not being ready I got a bit mad. At that point another person behind of the counter who seemed to be in charge suddenly found us another room that was ready.
