"The staff was kind and helpful,ore than most hotels. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had the normal items one would expect. The bed and pillows were comfortable."

"We paid for breakfast and did not receive a voucher. I asked the front desk and the guy told me he did not see where I paid for it, but gave me a card for complimentary breakfast for 1 day, but not for the next day. Overall the place was nice and semi clean. The bathtub was not the cleanest and our towels had stains on them"

"We asked for a wine opener. Staff said that they had one, but was not returned. They provided additional information that it was lost six months prior and never replaced. The staff had a care less attitude. When we asked for recommendations of where to go to eat, we received "crickets" Not my normal experience at all Holiday Inn."

"This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs."
