Couldn’t wash my hair in shower because rainhead had weak pressure and would have taken forever to rinse out shampoo. "i was disappointed in the breakfast. website said it was hot breakfast. only thing hot was scrambled eggs (no meat) & waffles that you cook yourself. also, the shower was fixed so that you could not cut the shower off to take a bath. Other than that, it was a good stay. "

"The desk clerk named “Mimi” was EXTREMELY HELPFUL to us when we discovered that our reservation had not been effective. She worked with us to get the same type of room that we thought we had reserved. Mimi should be recognized by her boss - she is a GREAT representative of what an employee SHOULD BE!!!"
