"Everything was going great until we left to enjoy the area for a couple hours. Cleaning staff, kids yelling and a bunch of clanking going on apparently was stressing my shih-tzus. They did start barking. I was called and told there had been multiple complaints about their barking. This is a pet friendly hotel, and others dogs were barking during our stay. I do believe one guest probably complained a couple times, enough to take your fifth star away. My fun was cut short, and I ended up staying...

"The room felt we experienced a bait and switch. Room was in a basement,no windows, and a very musty smell. The roof top bar was closed. Never again!"

"i was disappointed in the breakfast. website said it was hot breakfast. only thing hot was scrambled eggs (no meat) & waffles that you cook yourself. also, the shower was fixed so that you could not cut the shower off to take a bath. Other than that, it was a good stay. "

"The cabin was very clean. The sink didn’t drain well but water pressure was good. The staff was chatty and all was well until the gentleman shared political opinions. Probably would stay there again for convenience and ability to house many."

"This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs."
