I had a fantastic stay at Maramara! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great—a 5-minute walk to the town centre and 10 min to the beach. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was a perfect spot to relax after a long day of walking around Saulita!

Like: Easy access to parking structure and lobby Recently built property Rooftop swimming pool. Great view. Didn’t Like: Power blackout during rain. A backup power plant would make guest experience smoother and more enjoyable during those days since they are quite frequent.

Maramara was a great place to stay for myself, my partner, and our teenage son. We spent a week here and had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and in a safe area in town. Even though the location has some construction mess and litter from everyday life, the hotel has done its best to upkeep its property and facilities. So, you have to walk some less than clean area To get here, but that’s the same in most areas in this quickly growing beach town. The location is fantastic. Close enough to walk to beaches, shops/food, but tucked back a few streets to avoid the noise from the busier bars. Very secure and has great parking. The pools are fantastic, and the layout of the building itself feels quite contemporary and funky. Air conditioning worked great, linens were clean and soft, rooms were furnished beautifully. The only thing we would like to see improved would be the toilet. The toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet (it was a few inches too short) so the porcelain was exposed and hard to avoid touching if you had to sit down. I saw other toilets in the building that had correct sized seats, so it may have just been our room needing it. Besides that, this hotel definitely met our expectations and we would stay here again for sure. It works well for singles, couples, and small family trips like ours. We felt at home and were taken care of well by the front desk and cleaning staff. Thanks Maramara!

Overall, it was a lovely place but the crowing rooster all night and the incessant barking of dogs, i could have done without. Loved the rooftop patio, the staff was friendly and the suite had all the amenities required.

This property is still under construction about half completed. The garden terrace not done the bar area completely unfinished in fact barely started. The front desk is not manned until 9am and gone at 4pm. Getting to the rooftop pool takes you through a lot of construction and once there you are surrounded by buildings under construction. Very noisy and not relaxing. Pool water was murky not crystal clear. Room was nicely appointed but very small. Toilet was positioned in a way that was very difficult. Once this place is finished I imagine it will be lovely but its far from there presently.

This property is simple and has a great pool. It was clean and had what we needed. The location is close to lots of stores and places to eat. We were able to lock up our golf cart in a garage. Our room was next to the janitor closet so it was noisy during the day. The view on all sides was all active construction.

Es un hotel que cuenta con todas las comodidades para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, todo esta muy cerca, un excelente trato por parte del personal. Uno de los aspectos por mejorar es habilitar cuanto antes la zona del Jacuzzy y el mal olor que se presenta en el estacionamiento.
