Very clean, decent breakfast, plenty of hot water, a toilet that flushed properly. Did not use amenities. Sleep, shower, quiet time to read some, eat and on down the highway. Would gladly stay here again the next time thru the Berkshires."

"Property was clean staff was nice but with their accents they were hard to understand at times. Breakfast was a joke and the toilet paper was the cheapest I've ever seen in 60 years of traveling. Recent updates (they claimed were recent) were very DIY. A/C -Heat unit was a little loud for sleeping."

"Fall weekends in Williamstown are very busy and hotels are expensive, so I tried this one out with my sister for just one night. The room was very clean, and so was the bathroom, but the shower handle was very hard to manipulate to the right temperature, and the shower sprayer was very old and needed replacement. I went to heat up a cup of water in the microwave and apparently there was metal hidden inside the base of a paper cup, as it burned and would have lit on fire. I tried twice to tell...
