"The location was absolutely perfect! The room could defintely use some updating - especially the electrical plugs. However, any issues that we had were small, pretty cosmetic and the staff were warm and welcoming. The location again made all the issues small. "

"Das ideale Hotel, wenn man das Tessin erkunden will. Ideale Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und unweit vom See. Saubere, kleine Zimmer die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet waren. Obwohl das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war, konnte man im Hotel ohne Voranmeldung frühstücken. Man zahlt was man konsumiert hat. Wie in einem gemütlichen Kaffee. Super Konzept. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ausserordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Obwohl wir eine Stunde nach der off. Öffnungszeit der Rezeption eingetroffen sind, wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheissen und äusserst zuvorkommend informiert und beraten. Die super Tipps zu Lokalen waren sehr hilfreich und passten perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bleiben länger an diesem schönen Ort."

"Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! "The apartment was very nice, clean and in a great location. It felt very safe, secure and in a busy area. Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good. We did not have hot water the last two days. "

"Amazing stay at this property with a family of 5 (3 teens) and our service dog. Everyone was extremely comfortable and please with the space. Not only that, but the landscaping is beautiful. Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. Suggest posting WiFi password somewhere in the apartment and instructions on where to put the trash. Restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant but was fully booked...
