"Everything from beginning to end was smooth and easy. We felt we had a great value for what we paid. Although we were only dropping in for a night and running out in the morning, during our road trip, we saw how expansive and fresh breakfast was and were very impressed. Everything was clean, well-kept, and very relaxing."

"Customers service awful; no acknowledgment left standing in the doorway between a locked door. Associate never look in my direction to acknowledge to assist. Building needs a lot of work - chip paint, molding, tub/shower old chip, rusted, build up mold musty earthy odor, water damage. Appliances not working microwave, lamps - telephone in not working; outlets; only one lamp working in the bedroom area. Beds are carts with a flat mattress that is pushed against the wall. Photos on website is not what you see in the room. Hallway musty order dark, low lighting. No maintenance or manager on duty on weekends to address issues, concerns or problems. Breakfast is a standard table with breakfast bar, dry cereal, coffee. This hotel need to be torn down! Do not waste your money and expose yourself, family, friends to a dump; a hole in the wall! "

"We were very impressed with Hotel Indigo. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. It was a good size and there was excellent water pressure in the shower. Our only complaint would be that the air conditioner was noisy. The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. There were great amenities including free coffee in the morning and a complimentary drink at the bar, along with complimentary bottles of water. Great price for the location, it was right in the center of downtown, making it easy to walk everywhere. Onsite parking was also great!"
