"The AC doesn’t work"

"The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc. The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more...

"L'hôtel était très bien et propre et calme. L'annonce disait que les chambres étaient climatisées, ce qui n'était pas le cas lors de mon séjour. Le personel n'avait pas prévu ouvrir la climatisation à ce moment, mais en pleine vague de chaleur, cela aurait été vraiment important de mettre cela en priorité."

"Overall this property was clean service w was nice bed was comfortable. Hotel is old and in a real poor area . However it’s min away from the metro so that’s a plus if you want to get to the city central in about 25 min. No traffic it’s about 20 min from the airport . When traffic is bad can take over 1 hr."

"our stay was lovely. extremely spacious and clean. it’s right opposite a market square which has fresh fruits and really nice clothes, and right by loads of nice shops/cafes. very easy access into central Paris, and the station is 4 mins away. and the staff were lovely! we had another smaller room for 1 extra night as we got the wrong train ticket home, but they let us stay in the same room instead of moving around :) everyone in the area are very nice too. would 100% stay here again, thank you...
