"We were visiting for 5 days for our daughter's graduation at Florida Tech. The hotel was conveniently located for this purpose. Our suite room was lovely, large, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We could walk right to the beach from the hotel deck and restaurant. The pool area was great and was serviced by the bar so drinking pina colindas by the pool was relaxing. We would love to come back in the future. "

"It is a smaller motel but don't let that keep you from coming here. The staff was very welcoming and kind to us. They upgraded our room to a suite for us due to unforeseen circumstances. How lucky! It had a vintage feel to it, but it had many modern amenities, such as a beautiful tile shower with a great, powerful shower head with a great sink. It was very affordable and suited our needs just right. Just know that the highway is directly across from it, so you late-risers might not get to sleep...

"Maybe the nicest thing about this motel is its big, cool, clean, and deep swimming pool. The property is a little decrepit, but not too bad. Only a three minute walk from the beach, and they have a rinse-off shower back at the motel. Rooms are basic: smallish TV, no fridge, you even have to ask for an ice bucket, but the rooms were clean, and the bath facilities were fine. no regrets. I’d come back next time I visit Cocoa Beach."
