"The property and rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was enjoyable, though it would be an improvement if croissants and plain scrambled eggs were added to the menu. Ayman, the receptionist, was very welcoming and professional. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight, offering a beautiful view of the three pyramids. The hotel also organizes reasonably priced tours that include lunch. However, on our final day, the guide took us to a very inexpensive local restaurant, where the food quality was poor, and the environment was not clean. Since we had not clarified in advance what type of restaurant was included, we did not raise the issue at the time. I recommend discussing with the receptionist beforehand where the guide plans to take you for meals to ensure expectations are met."
