立地場所が良く静かで、繁華街に接しているので、最高でした。ホテルのスタッフ対応も親切丁寧で、お部屋の清掃もとても綺麗でした。次回の旅行の際はまた宿泊したいです。

すすきのや狸こうじが近いので、食事やショッピングは近くで楽しめました。客室は思ったよりも狭かったです。朝食会場も狭く待ち時間がありましたが、食事の内容は良かったです。

息子が大変お世話になりました。子供だけでの宿泊だったので不安もありましたがとにかく手厚いサービスにただただ感謝です。対応してくださった男性のスタッフの方とにかく感じがよく対応が素晴らしかったです。本当にありがとうございました。皆様におすすめしたいです。

とても清潔感のある部屋でした。朝食バイキングでは、海鮮丼食べ放題で、正直市場で食べたサーモンよりも美味しかったです。フロントの方には充電器の貸し出しや郵送の対応等親切にしていただき、気持ちよく札幌最終日の夜を過ごすことができました。

部屋は清潔でしたが、エアコンの音がきになりました。駐車場の案内地図を頂いたのでわかりやすく料金も教えてくれたので少し歩く場所に停めましたがホテル近くを見れたので良かったと思います。
