"The staff was very nice. Front desk and dining staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was good but not great. The location was very good. The parking and check in time was a bit strict. Although our room was ready for us, they would not let us check in prior to 2:30. I am sure it is a rule put in place by the management. Not a good rule. Check in at 3 and out at 11:00 am just doesn't seem fair. The place is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone. Cheers"

"The rooms were very clean. Amenities were great. The front desk staff was VERY helpful. Double duty front desk/concierge. They had an English-speaking front desk person who helped us check after arriving a little after midnight. Our flight was cancelled and we couldn't catch the airport shuttle to the hotel (check the shuttle schedule). However, we caught the shuttle back to the CTS airport (one block away at the Ana Crowne). Recommend that you pay when you leave the shuttle. The hotel is located about 5 blocks from Nijo Market and Tanukikoji shopping mall. 2 blocks from Odori park. There are a lot of eating places that are close by. A must eat is at the Osteria restaurant located at one end of the hotel. We can't wait to be back!"

"Great location, 3 min walk to Sapporo station & underground shops. Beautiful lobby, great breakfast & can make your own sashimi rice bowl. Also 3 min walk to Airport bus stop. Very convenient. Will definitely stay here again in next visit to Sapporo."

"The hotel is generally very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean, if i have to be really picky, some parts are a little dated. The breakfast spread is impressive, there is something for everyone. The location is unbeatable, about 3 mins away from the Sapporo station."

"The parking needs to be improved. When we arrived to check in, we spent longer than expected yo navigate the car into the lift. This is despite us being told to fold both side mirrors and after several tries, we were told our car cannot fit into the lift. Strangely, we saw other larger vehicles being able to access. In the end, we have to part opposite the hotel. Not sure if this is because of communication breakdown."
