It’s our second time and we enjoyed it again so much, The rooms are vast and airy, the decor is so Algarve, the bed is confortable, the pool is wonderful, the location is unbeatable,having a drink at AIR right by the beach was memorable. Dinner at sunset at PAPERMOON restaurant was delightful. The only complaint is that all the food us much too salty. Our group of 8 was unanimous. Super hotel but extremely salty food."

"This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette). The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch. "It is on the beach. We arrived late in the evening! Next morning I ask the gal in charge about getting some service for our room. She indicated that was not available there. I also ask re towel service. No wash clothes. Only 2 small bath towels a day. Some of them came with holes in the towels and were very stiff due to washing ! "Check in the room was not ready which was not an issue. However the receptionist was going to offer us a room to change in and then was it seemed overruled by his supervisor which was poor. Room itself was ok apart from a wet used towel left beside the safe! Also disappointed that there was no kettle with tea/ coffee in the room which is pretty well the norm in hotels this day. A average stay which with a bit more focus on customer care could have been excellent."
