Neat Hotel Avenida

"Fantastic location. Amazing and seemingly enless choices for food very close. Hop on hop off bus office, 30 seconds from hotel. 10 euro cab ride from airport. My only complaint would be about other guests that insiston slamming doors, and that's not the hotels fault. Ideal place to stay for a week or even a couple of days for stopover."

"The Grand Hotel Acores Atlantico was a great hotel to stay at for our first trip to Sao Miguel in the Azores. The hotel staff were all very helpful from arranging airport transportation for our arrival and departure to helping our group of 6 plan tours of the island. The hotel location was perfect for walking to restaurants or shopping or going across the street to swim in the ocean at the city of Ponta Delgado public swimming facility. Daily breakfast was included in our stay and was outstanding."

"Better manicuring of the property surrounding primarily the area between the hotel and beach would have made a significant difference. And add better air conditioning in dining area."
Hotel Marina Atlântico

"Location is great for walking to restaurants and exploring the old city. Has parking for our rental car. Has pools, sauna?, hot tub? and more but I didn’t use any. Clean and comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the marina where we enjoyed some white wine chilled in little fridge, Great place to stay!"
Hotel Talisman

"Hotel is located almost right in the center of the city. Difficult to find initially as it is located on a "side street" for pedestrians but available for service vehicles and private cars for pick-up etc. Parking is on the street near the hotel about a 5 min. walk. Public parking is inexpensive (less than 1 Euro/hour) but only applicable from 08:00 to 19:00 . No limit on space occupation. Shopping and other restaurants are close by as is the harbor and other attractions. They have a nice , decent sized rooftop pool, which is clean and accessible. The breakfast which is included is exceptional both in its choices and quality with plenty of seating. It is air conditioned. Great spot and would definitely choose again. Elizabeth and Philip Nace."

"Breakfast, fantastic! Location, cleanliness, friendliness and architectural elements were fantastic! Not a huge mammoth hotel, but very spacious and luxurious feeling. Great walkabout and food variety and quality nearby. Made our vacation next level!"
