"The check in host was not the most informative or friendly welcoming, but was fine. That could be improved. I arrived in evening, I didn’t use the pools or eat at the restaurant. The room itself was basic, clean enough. Good value for what you get."

"Do not pass this place up! Elegance, and service at it finest. We feel that we got more than we paid for. Where to start... Extremely friendly and helpful staff, their goal is to make you happy and comfortable, and they succeed. "The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered). I tried calling the host and they did not answer. We had no information about how to access our room. The host finally sent a txt while I was continually calling to say they couldn't answer the phone right now and...

"The apartment living was great, it’s in a good location too for doing a lot of activities. Two pools which was great if weather wasn’t the best. Only downside was the “buffet dinner” we went to- it was terrible and way overpriced. I wish we never went and saved our money as all the other restaurants nearby was cheaper and way better"
