"The hotel is still in soft opening however, the location, amenities and family friendly atmosphere is great. Still some kinks to work out (speediness of dish cleanup, speed of service in speciality restaurants) but I wouldn’t fault the staff, Some are still learning. You can get a Bolt to many attractions and the “experience team” is there to always lend a hand. We will be coming back"

"Due to our flight being delayed we arrived at the hotel later than planned. This was however not a problem as the owner had sent us a message previously telling us how to use the key safe to collect our keys. Our first floor room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was wonderful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was a shame but the mini fridge was very handy. "Situé à 15 kms de l aéroport dans le petit village de Santo Antonio da sera , idéal pour visiter l’île en voiture . Retour au calme après de bonnes journées de visites et rando , très bel hôtel , détente avec piscine intérieur spa , tout est très propre et agencé avec goût. Le personnel est très sympathique et le buffet déjeuner au top pour bien démarrer les journées. "

"Lovely stay here. Very clean and modern. Kitchen facilities are excellent. We had a lovely meal at the Restaurante snack bar Faisca at very reasonable price too. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Hotel bevindt zich in een Geweldig mooie botanische tuin. Hadden ruim appartement met aparte slaapkamer. Kleine keuken met koelkast. Accomodatie lag op een super lokatie naast het zwembad maar wel veel privacy. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel."

"This hotel is beautiful! The property is well taken care of and has beautiful plants/flowers! The view of the city from the hotel is breathtaking. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only difficulty we had was figuring out how to initially get into the property since it is locked/gated. "

"Loved everything about the Hotel. Very modern and clean. All the staff were amazing. The Pool and Bar on the Roof was a favourite spot. We had a problem with our Air Conditioner. Once we reported it the staff acted quickly and moved us to another floor. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right at the ocean front with excellent food, coffee in walking distance. There is paid parking close by butbwe weee able to park free in the hotel parking lot. The lot is small so we may have been lucky."

"Ideal spot if staying in Madeira for the first time. Easy access to Funchal and the place is really quiet and safe."
