"The location is very convenient, but the hygiene outside hotel building was horrible - lots of trash and very dirty. The entrance to the hotel building was hiding inside a market place and the lift was very filthy. The building itself also very scary."

"Clean room, the staff are very nice , the cooked very nice lady Mrs Chen, I love the foods , breakfast, it taste good. Meet people from other countries, Near the malls, so many places to eat and buy lunch and dinner, closed to train station and Taoyuan Taiwan bus stop. Comfort/ & feels safe. In the area, even walking alone in the evening. Thanks audi."

"First room had a window and smell issue.. they were very courteous, easily switched rooms and were nice and professional throughout our 4 day stay. No heat which is a little bit of a bummer, but overall great value for massive rooms with stunning spa room"

"Hotel was actually better than expected. The location is perfect if you’re wanting to touch base in Taiwan, shopping & food close by. The employees were friendly, professional, and allotted us 1 extra hour to check-out due to 3am check-in. Room was clean, TV, hot shower, decent bed. Breakfast buffet was great! "

"I stayed there for 2 nights. On the 2nd day morning, I found a puddle of water in front of the room entrance inside the room. I notified the front desk. Then a custodian came, inspected the situation. She told me the bathtub was repaired before. The water probably came from the bathtub. She moped the place. There was still water coming out from beneath the vinyl tiles at that spot. The front desk staff told me since there was no extra room available for switching, I would either move out or stay there for the rest of the day/night."

"It was my wife's favorite place on the trip. We loved the area around the hotel. The lobby was great for visiting with our guest. We needed to do laundry and that was readily available. "
