Easy access to public transportation. It would be great if breakfast was included. Big lobby with tables were all wasted, since no breakfast was served, no microwave oven was provided, there was barely anyone sitting in the lobby

This was overall a good stay, given the economic price. The hotel occupies a floor in an office building, and is difficult to find. Like most hotels in Taiwan, the staff spoke almost no English. However, they were very friendly and patient and willing to work with English -speaking clients. Staff was very professional and helpful in spite of the language barrier. The area outside is a bit sketchy for Taiwan, but it was still safe, overall. I would be careful about eating in any of the small hole-in-the-wall restaurants immediately outside the hotel, as some are unsanitary and have rodent problems. Note that the hotel itself is clean and they have no control over the nearby restaurants.Overall, still an okay choice to stay here.

Recently renovated hotel, centrally located. Nice! Entrance is via the food alley next to Poya. See pix attached. Recommended.

The hotel is located on the 6&7 floor of a building that did not look and feel safe outside of the premises. But the inside of the hotel is clean and business-like atmosphere. The front desk clerk was very helpful and professional.

The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness. To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan. Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness. Sincerely, Robbie

The staff was wonderful. I forgot an item there and they saved it when I returned. The rooms are clean and efficient. Very good for an overnight stay and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Mall right across the street. Safe for families.
