"Great location and staff. Clean room. Did not teveive upgrade or VIP (did not ask) but later they gave us a free breakfast when we had early departure for Montserrat and I mentioned it. No negatives, will stay here again."

"Over all we had a great stay at hotel. Only true downside (which isn’t hotels felt) is noise from street was loud, we had been traveling so we were pretty exhausted and the street noise kept us up, tell wee hours of the night. We paid for the breakfast buffet, I would return just for that it was fantastic. One waitstaff member seemed bothered over guests but every other staff member throughout the hotel was helpful and kind. Maybe she was just having an off week. Staff was very accommodating to holding our luggage before and after check out. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay again. "

"This was so much better than I thought it would be. It has an incredible pool with a steam room and the cold buckets to dump on yourself followed by hot water, warm pool, great gym. The Sky Bar on the top floor had fabulous live music and delicious food, the best we had in Amsterdam. You have to take a shuttle to the airport, but it’s better than the one right at the airport, which I also liked but which was double the price this time and not better. Highly recommend."
