The staff was incredible, the rooms were phenomenal, the breakfast served into your room was extraordinary. I’ve been to a lot of nice hotels and this is the first that served it daily to the room! Everything was above and beyond here!

This hotel is a great choice for anyone that wants to relax in a luxurious space. All of their staff are very friendly and professional especially Margarita who gave us a lovely welcome on arrival to the property. Their food is also very delicious and freshly prepared. Another beautiful experience we had here was the sunset, its gorgeous. We will definitely come back here when next we visit Santorini. Love

My experience at Phos Boutique Hotel in Santorini was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such warmth and hospitality. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Caldera. The rooms were bright and airy, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay, always ready to assist with any request or offer recommendations for things to do on the island. Whether I was lounging by the pool, exploring the charming streets of Santorini, or indulging in delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, every moment was filled with joy and happiness. I left Phos Boutique Hotel feeling rejuvenated and already planning my next visit. It truly was a sun-soaked paradise that exceeded all my expectations!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was HEAVENLY. I was very kindly upgraded by Theo to a much larger suite and thoroughly enjoyed it. She was a god send and helped make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I had an unfortunate stay at another place and she totally helped make my remaining days on the island positive & relaxing. All the staff were polite and professional and went out of their way for you. The suite was extremely clean and felt very comfortable. The cocktails were fabulous & the view of the caldera was just beautiful (especially when relaxing in our heated pool). We mostly went out to eat for dinner but their breakfast was so delicious and fresh. I cannot wait to return back to this place once it’s renovated next year and be able to fully enjoy the new amenities. Thank you ALL especially Theo for your kind hospitality. You’ve made my stay a memorable one. God bless!

Le personnel est excellent et très à l’écoute, l’équipement de la chambre « lune de miel » très très moyen pas digne d’un 5 étoiles luxe, située près de la réception le matin à 07h nous étions réveillé par le bruit des personnes qui se trouvaient dans le hall, hormis la piscine avec la vue exceptionnelle mais pas très propre à notre arrivée et qui manquait d’eau (mais dans la nuit cela a été rectifié), dans la salle de bain le soir l’aération menait toutes les odeurs de la cuisine… En conclusion le rapport prix et équipement pas du tout à la hauteur de ce type d’établissement, seul le personnel était digne d’un 5 étoiles luxe !

The stay at Phōs has been one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was beautiful, and we can't say enough about the amazing views. The staff was marvelously helpful and friendly, particularly Penelope and Tel (anglicized, shortened version of her Greek name). One of the upsides to this resort, is unfortunately also a contributing factor to its current shortcoming. We wanted a more remote location, which this definitely is (You want to rent a car when staying here.). However, the current pandemic has put a halt to their expansion plans. If you're looking for a accommodations with a bar, restaurant, and/or spa on site; this currently is not the place for you. The room service is excellent though, and hopefully their expansion will continue once the current crisis is over. On the other hand, if you're looking for outstanding service, breathtaking views, and a bit of solitude on a small, Greek island. Look no further. We would definitely go again.

The customer service which we received here was amazing. The receptionists really went above and beyond to know the guests, making sure that all their needs were seen to. Penelope and Theodosia were both very welcoming and honestly really amazing people. They were able to tell us about the island, what is good to do and based on what we were looking for, were able to find us the places we wanted to go to. They were good at arranging excursions, transport (including hiring cars and quads) are reasonable prices and ensured that we were happy before booking. The hotel itself was unbelievable, with an amazing view and yet very private. This hotel is definitely somewhere we would recommend to anyone looking to go to santorini. The hotel was private so you didnt have that worry of anyone looking into your pool

Tout fut parfait durant notre séjour. Un petit établissement parfaitement conçu qui est un vrai bijou. Quel calme, quelle vue ! De plus le côté adults only permet de se reposer dans une ambiance feutrée jamais gâchée par des enfants bruyants.... le rêve.

Lovely boutique hotel

Very nice stay ! We had the villa with the large pool and it was really nice and private, with spectacular views from the outdoor area but also the main bedroom. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit further from Oia/Thira but if you are looking for something more private and secluded it is perfect

Outstanding boutique hotel!

Amazing accommodations, view of the caldera, service, and food! Staff was so friendly and helpful. They booked fantastic excursions for us that perfectly met what we were hoping for. It’s a quiet oasis away from the bustle of the more popular parts of the island. We highly recommend it!
