"Privado was so cute and safe to stay inside the walled city. It is a must to stay here, it is walkable to everything. The best thing is that the walls are sound proof so you are able to sleep in and any noise or party going on outside you won’t hear. Staff is so sweet and so helpful with restaurants ect around the area. You are a short 5-7 min walk to the clock tour and downtown area. I will be returning back and staying at privado with my family. "

"Loved the property and its location, very friendly staff/Julie and host/Mary and Lety. The place had an amazing view to the clock tower and the port. Everything, including restaurants, shops, museums, etc was within walking distance. The place was clean, modern/new, and comfortable. "

"The only thing that they lacked is the fact that its a VIP accommodation but there are not VIP upgrades. I got there at 10am and the receptionist didn’t attend to my request saying the room wasn’t available. I checked the night before to see if i can book it and it was available. Therefore, my Expedia reservation and status wasn’t recognized by the hotel. Ismael, Gerson and Francisco the reception were very welcoming and helpful. The location is good if you want to walk around the city center. "
