"3rd time staying here I was really disappointed in the room. It was clean the housekeeping staff was GREAT just like the rest of the staff. Martty is a GREAT GUY. The newly rehabbed was done by a bunch of amateurs. We couldn't open patio doors because the patio screen doors didn't line up to close completely therefore we were attacked mosquitoes on a daily basis. I asked for a different room and was willing to pay for upgrade. Maybe I didn't talked to the right person."

"When we walked into the room; four things we noticed: 1. It smelled like mole like there was something dying in the room. I immediately told my spouse to put nothing on the bed and keep luggage outside the room. 2. Went into the bathroom, opened up the toilet lid and someone must have had a haircut because there was a clump of black hair in the toilet. "There's a new 7-11 just across the road from the hotel. But if your transaction are by the main road. The road to JC Aquino is almost inaccessible on foot as it muddy and lots of puddles. Difficult to walk around so you need taxi or tuktuk all the time."

"There's no swimming pool. Hotel is on the same building with Robinsons Mall. Hotel has an acces door at the ground floor going inside the mall. This is Hotel is budget friendly, bigger room, and restroom, with water station on every floor."

"housekeeping need to in prove shower glass and mirror lots of marks no tissue/ kleenex in the room staff not approachable our first night sleeping with someone else sheets dirty bedsheets didnt realized until the next morning that our bedsheet is not changed from previous guest sheets has stain’s dirty gross . we payed a lot for the room not even worth it breakfast terrible we only eat breakfast one time thw entire stay ."

"The room was not at my standards. The air-conditioning would never get really cold! There was rust spots on the ceiling in two spots! The staff was very pleasant and friendly. "

"It is behind SM so it's very convenient. You just walk 2 minutes to SM. This is a basic hotel. They have fridge downstairs drinks beer and simple breakfast. Silog meals."

"I have severe allergies by the time we checked out in the morning. I came to find out that there cats stay and rooming around upstairs where all the rooms that costumer stayed in. It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days."
