Loved this hotel! The staff is so pleasant and our free breakfasts were my favorite meal of the day. Their restaurant also serves superior lunches and dinners for reasonable prices.

This property has just been renovated and they did an excellent job. You can tell it’s an older property but they did it right. Breakfast was included, which was well done. I booked online and got a very good price.

So far Best hotel in the Philippines

We have stayed at a lot of hotels in the Philippines and this one was the Best by far!!! Very friendly staff and the room was very clean shower was wonderful overhead rain fall.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Hotel. The staff was professional and responsive to our needs. The only negative was when the water ran out in the shower for two out of 5 family members sometime during our stay (5 nights, 4 days).

I liked the response from the staff about "hulmigous" (ants) in the room. Immediate clean up. I liked the response to the absence of internet service for the first few hours of my stay. "We are working on it." and the problem was likely not to do with the hotel but the ISP. I liked the bathrooms in both rooms I stayed in. Outstanding size of the shower, water pressure and volume was great, the shower fixtures were top notch. Best I have experienced in the Philippines. The neighborhood appears rough but it is safe and the people are not in anyway threatening.
