Ótimo apartamento perto do metrô
Tive.um problema com a cobrança em meu cartão mas foi prontamente resolvida. Check-in e checkout são super rápidos e flexível. Fica a um quarteirão e meio do metro. Tem mercadinho perto e um Starbucks na esquina para café da manhã. As toalhas já precisam ser trocadas, estão velhas, e não tem shampoozinho.

Bom mas merece melhorias
A localizaçao do apartamento é excelente, com mercadinho embaixo, cafes e restauramtes proximos e estaçao de metro bem pertinho. Tem uma cozinha com eletrodomesticos, onde é possivel preparar algumas refeicoes (tinha açucar, sal e papel toalha disponiveis). So acho que esta precisando de melhorias... a noite é bem escuro dentro, as lampadas sao fracas, cada uma de uma cor e, no banheiro, a banheira esta enferrujando e tambem, por nao haver ventilaçao, tinha mofo em algumas partes (todos os dias deixavamos as janelas do quarto abertas ao sair para ventilar. No banheiro, poderiam colocar um apoio para shampoo dentro da area da ducha e, do lado de fora, mais cabides para pendurar as toalhas, pois elas nao secam. Deixar mais toalhas ajudaria muito tambem. Na cozinha poderia ter pano de copa. No geral, gostamos do local.

Tudo ocorreu perfeitamente, a localização do apartamento é excelente, muito próximo da estação Pedro de Valdivia. A partir dela você consegue ir com facilidade para qualquer local. Tudo no apartamento é funcional e a hospitalidade foi excelente, Cláudio e Joseph foram extremamente atenciosos e prestaram um excelente atendimento. Recomendo muito
