Tuvimos problemas al llegar, dado que no tenía registro de nuestra reserva y además en la información del hotel decía que incluida desayuno, cosa que no es cierto había que pagarlo al llegar, también decía que contaban con estacionamiento, tampoco es cierto; tuve que estacionar en afuera del hotel en la calle.

Conchita Flores

Cannot fault the hotel. Service good and friendly staff. Lovely bohemian vibe to the place. The only issue was the incredible street noise most of the night which the staff could absolutely do nothing about. We did have a street facing room so am sure if you booked a room at the back of the hotel you would be fine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Tem potencial, mas deixou a desejar

Infelizmente não foi uma boa estadia. Não costumo deixar comentários negativos, mas espero que ajudem a acomodação a melhorar algumas coisas. Tudo começou antes da viagem, quando avisei que chegaríamos tarde. A reposta da propriedade foi confusa, dizendo que no caso de late check in eles têm um serviço de táxi que custa 25000 pesos. Não ficou claro se seria uma condição, então enviei outra mensagem pedindo esclarecimento. Novamente, mensagem confusa e sem sentido. Depois de muitas trocas de msg enfim entendi que não tinham staff à noite e por isso seria necessário o táxi. Queríamos ter alugado um carro, mas contratamos o táxi. Ao chegar ao hotel percebi que eles poderiam ter compartilhado o código da porta comigo e tudo resolvido. Nossa descarga do quarto estava quebrada, o chuveiro ficou gelado diversas vezes durante o banho ( gelado mesmo!) e nosso papel higiênico acabou, tivemos que pedir pra repor. O café da manhã é bem fraco, duas opções de pães industrializados, e você tem direito a apenas uma bebida quente, a partir da segunda precisa pagar. As instalações são charmosas, a localização é boa e o rapaz do check in e a moça responsável pelo café da manhã durante a semana são muito simpáticos e solícitos . Acredito que melhorando o café da manhã, investindo em comidinhas mais gostosas a pousada tem muito potencial.

Razoável

O hotel é limpo e bem localizado. O quarto é pequeno, porém aconchegante. As únicas ressalvas que tenho a fazer é com relação ao café da manhã ser servido muito tarde, apenas a partir das 8h, porque muitas vezes, antes disso as agências de turismo vão pegar os hóspedes para os passeios ou os próprios hóspedes saem para aproveitar o dia, nós mesmos só conseguimos tomar café um dia e também numa das manhãs, o chuveiro do nosso quarto não estava esquentando, tivemos que sair sem tomar banho porque estava 4 graus, impossível tomar banho gelado. O pessoal que trabalha lá é bem solicito e simpático, mas, como se trata de um bed and braekfast não tem gente o tempo todo na recepção, só em horário comercial e não fica ninguém no domingo, isso significa que nem sempre você vai ter como pedir uma informação/dica/ajuda e terá que andar com a chave do quarto e um cartão que abre a porta principal do hotel.

Não tem funcionários, mas pessoas com a preocupação de lhe fazer se sentir em casa! Ótima localização em uma rua para aproveitar os bares noturnos, café da manhã excelente e quartos nota mil. Um suporte maravilhoso!

Our group found the staff very helpful. Michael and Christian spoke English and always were there to assist us. We were there for four nights and would have liked a varied breakfast. Each day it was the same thing. Eggs would have been a treat. Coffee was good. The location is wonderful. So close to good restaurants and the subway. Our room was small but comfortable. It was a monestry before and had some character.

4.7 rating was overrated.

What was good - the location and the owner for the few minutes we saw her. The cleaner was very nice as was the young fellow who looked after the breakfast. What was not so good - negotiating a spiral staircase with a large suitcase, the lack of space in our room (about 25cm between beds) and bathroom, tiny shower (60x60cm - turn diagonally to rub in shampoo) and general "rustic" feeling of the building work (gaps in tiles, door handles needing maintenance,etc). Breakfast was very basic. 4.7/5.0 rating meant my expectations were much higher than my experience. WIFI did not work in the room. We loved Providencia so location wise it was good.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful building and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is basic but with good coffee. Some rooms might be a bit noisy due to the building being authentic and old. Comfortable living room area and cost inner court yard to have breakfast.

Hôtel plein de charme. Confortable et très propre.

Nous avons passé 2 séjours au conchita flores. Lors de notre premier séjour de 4 nuits nous avions des chambres un peu petites mais les seules disponibles. Lors du 2ème séjour nous avions 2 chambres grandes et confortables. L'accueil est parfait Tout est charmant dans l'hôtel, la décoration basée sur une impressionnante collection de coquillages est très belle. Le mobilier est ancien et raffiné. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans la petite cour intérieure.
