Ótimo custo benefício, perfeita localização.

O hotel está localizado em uma região muito próxima para tudo em Santiago, principalmente para o turismo. O prédio é uma residência antiga, portanto não há nenhum luxo, porém pelo preço e localização vale a pena. A Senhor que trabalha lá é muito solicita e educada, todos os meus anseios foram acolhidos com sucesso.

De acuerdo!

El checkin fue un poco confuso, las informaciones cerca del pago eran distintas de las que había recibido, pero todo pasó bien. La localización es muy buena, hay lugares para comer, comprar, transporte público muy cerca de la hostal. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. La habitación estaba limpia y muy bien iluminada y arejada. La acústica no es tan buena.. pude oír la pareja de la habitación próxima copulando y seguro que han oído mis ataques de tos a noche! Pero en general la habitación es confortable e la estadía vale la pena. El desayuno es simples, te lo sirven en la habitación a la hora que eliges. No hay servicio de aseo en menos de 7 días. Evelyn del staff fue excelente!!

Pague más dinero de lo que correspondía en la página y no me dieron desayuno. Cuando me fui no había nadie en la recepción y una de las personas que se hospedaban nos s abrió la puerta o sino estaríamos encerrados. Después solo recibí disculpa. Pésimo

The location is great at half price of other properties in the area. This is an older house so don't expect great luxury, but the bed was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was clean and in working order too. It is quiet so you will get some rest.

Todo puede ser mejorado

Al llegar no respetaron el precio que salia a pagar en Hotels, de 130000 me señalaron en primera instancia que debía pagar 160000, y después que ellos se regían por el dólar a 800 porque era la tarifa del hostal, esa información no la sabia y en realidad el dólar estaba mas barato que eso, se olvidaron de mi desayuno 1 día, todos los dias me dieron pan con mermelada, nunca fue desayuno que se dice en la descripción me lo prepararon tarde, yo lo necesitaba a las 8.00, por otro lado no hay servicio de aseo o limpieza de la pieza, tuve que hacer mi cama todos los dias a mi regreso tipo 18.00 hrs. tampoco me dijeron que no había o que era por la situación sanitaria, no habían toallas tuve que pedir, había un secador de pelo para todo el hostal, no había calefacción, el agua de la ducha estaba tibia y perillas oxidadas y bueno la habitación que me toco la tasa de baño estaba muy apegada a la pared, eso fue muy incomodo.

This was a hostel, Do not expect a hotel room. It was very clean, but no air conditioning. Really great service, everyone was extremely friendly. It is in a great part of town for shopping. and only $20.00 ride to the airport.

la ubicación es excelente, el lugar muy bien, nos atendieron perfecto, el único inconveniente fue que noche no pudimos bañarnos una de las noches xq salia agua helada y tenían problemas ademas de no tener presión. al retirarnos no pidieron disculpas
