Benchmark Santa Rosa hotels

"The 2nd worst Motel 6 i ever stayed at. Shower leaking rust on facets. Shower curtain falling apart. No blankets. Only flat pillow and one sheet. Smelled horrible. No pride taken in this motel. "

"This is a small hotel right in the middle of Santa Rosa, close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The filter their own water and will give you a carafe. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were amazing. Towels were big and fluffy. Would stay again."

"There was hair in the bathtub and bed, the toilet seat was square and did not fit the toilet properly, was advertised as room with courtyard view but had a frost tinted window with small view of someone's balcony. The tv had no picture, only sound. "

"B E D B U G S !! Came home with insect bites all over my abdomen and back. There were young men outside rapping music loudly in the parking lot. Made me feel unsafe as a mother with her children staying at the hotel. The pool was open to anyone and people just let their friends in loads at a time. No supervision. The bed bug bites were just the icing on the cake. Had my do not disturb sign on the door and house keeping came pounding on the door and tried to open it. Seriously, never NEVER going back EVER. Avoid at all cost. Will be requesting full refund and im sorry but this was just unacceptable."
