A great staying

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights, we had a great time in Tyrona National Park. It was great coming back after a long hiking day to a friendly hotel concierge, as well the hostess at the restaurant was kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great adventure

We had an amazing experience inside the park. The service here is great and the food is deserving of a Michelin star. A great place to book if you are looking for adventure. The hotel is located inside the park, givibg you access to the trail head befor the crowds.

Awesome place

The grounds are so pretty. Service was great. AC worked just fine. Included breakfast portion are slightly on the small end, but not too small. My only downside is during check-in the receptionist forgot to exclude the Iva tax from the bill. Foreigners are waved the Iva tax if they present their passports. She removed it once I made a comment. This could have been a simple Overlook on the receptionist part, but I've been in Columbia many times and I know that these Gringo fees are typically not added by accident. So just be aware and double check before you pay.

Very nice place

Staff was super friendly and helpfull. Food was very good. Wifii was only accessible in the commun areas and not our room. That was the only thing we didn’t like. We would defenitly go back.

Très bel hôtel dans le parc

Le Yachai est très beau et agréable, au cœur du parc de Tayrona, précisément à 10mn à pied depuis l'entrée El Zaino. Nous avons occupé la suite familiale qui propose une superbe terrasse avec un jacuzzi privatif extérieur. La localisation est bonne mais nécessite tout de même de prendre la navette pour accéder au départ du sentier de randonnée (ou alors il faut marcher 45mn le long de la route). Mais la navette est très facile à prendre, il en passe régulièrement (5000COP par personne et par trajet). L'hôtel en lui même est très beau et plutôt bien entretenu. Propreté irréprochable. Le restaurant est bon, un peu cher mais très lent. Séjour très agréable.

Para llegar al hotel se debe pagar una entrada al parque que no está incluida en la tarifa del hotel. Al llegar las entradas al parque estaban agotadas y no pudimos acceder. Esta información tendría que ser facilitada por el hotel al huésped y la compra de esta entrada debería estar gestionada por parte del hotel. Nos han hecho perder un dia entero de nuestras vacaciones y no hemos recibido ninguna compensación. Por otra parte al salir nos cobraban unos cafés que no habíamos consumido. Nos hemos ido muy disgustados y estamos muy inconformes con los servicios de este hotel ya que no es un hotel barato. En mi opinión son unos informales.

Beautiful relaxation

Beautiful location and view. Much more ideal to have a private bathroom than use the shared, as natures night friends are out lurking. Food is actually good! You can order lunch bags for if you go spend the day hiking in Tayrona (not worth it- plus food available out on the beach). Fan is a bit loud but necessary. I also wish they had more hammocks out

MUY BUENA OPCION DENTRO DEL PARQUE TAYRONA

Lo mejor: La atención por parte de su personal en la Recepción (Alex) y en restaurante (Andrés), son muy amables y saben atender a los huéspedes. Las instalaciones exteriores son muy bonitas, muy bien mantenidas, en una privilegiada ubicación y con una vista privilegiada. Las habitaciones son buenas, aunque un poco calientes dado que el ventilador de techo es pequeño en algunas. Las camas son buenas, aunque un poco ruidosas tal vez por el tipo de cama en madera. El aseo en general es bueno. Los baños en las habitaciones si son muy estrechos, y poco cómodos. Por mejorar: En el restaurante, aunque el desayuno es bueno, en la cena no hay mucha variedad aunque por la carta pareciera que si, tal vez no mantienen muchos alimentos en stock porque no hay mucho huésped y eso genera que mantengan tal vez pocas cantidades generando que no hayan platos de los que se ofrecen y toca consumir lo que hay porque no hay lugar cercano para salir a comer fácilmente. Las bebidas tienen precios altos en comparación con otros hoteles y restaurantes al interior del parque. Deberían buscar alguna manera para que restringir el paso de los sapos y evitar que circulen en la zona del restaurante y en el hall de habitaciones, dado que por su gran tamaño pasan a ser algo desagradables y no a todas las personas le parecen tan amigables.

Soggiorno Yachay Tayrona Ecohotel

Bellisima struttura situata all'inizo del Parco Tayrona (l'ingresso del parco è quello di El Zaino). Le camere sono piccole e minimal ma il panorama e la posizione sono da incanto!!! Forse un po' caro il prezzo per notte considerando di essere in Colombia. Sicuramento un posto che consiglierei ad un mio amico.

This is a beautiful hotel in the Tayrona Park. The walk up the terrace is covered with flowers and plants. The food is wonderful and the staff take care of you. You are higher up and experience lovely breezes. If I were to come again I would stay all of the nights at Yachay!

Unique lodging in Tayrona NNP

The location of the hotel, in Tayrona park is the huge attraction of the place. It's situated in the trees on a hilltop with nice landscape care. The staff was extremely conscientious and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. The shared bath rooms are quite small with overly firm beds. There is no privacy as anyone can walk past your window. The showers (two for men, two for women) are in a separate hut. One shower head was bad, the other worse. No mirror or plugs (power) at the sinks. No hot water, but the weather was so hot, the briskness was okay. So if you are okay with quite rustic lodging, the location, service, and food are great.

Great stay. The staff and food were wonderful. The room was a little small, but it was what we expected for four people. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to the hotel from the entrance of the park and take a short shuttle to the beginning of the trails.
