Escogimos el destino de Santa Margherita Ligure y el hotel sin saber cual que o cual sería el mejor de la costa de Liguria, pero recomiendo 1000%, Excelente estuvimos 3 noches, el Hotel nuevo, con todas las comodidades, el personal muy amable y servicial, nos fue excelente, todos los servicios, buena ubicación al centro y a la estación de tren. RECOMENDABLE 100% We chose the destination of Santa Margherita Ligure and the hotel without knowing which one would be the best on the Ligurian coast, but I recommend it 1000%! We stayed for 3 nights — the hotel is new, with all the comforts, the staff was very kind and helpful, everything was excellent. All the services were great, and the location is ideal: close to the town center and the train station. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 100%!

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was also big and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was very good. The only negative thing I would say is that we didn't know you needed to pay extra to use the pool 20 Euro per person. They should advertise this more prominently.

The hotel, staff and facilities were all fantastic. The size of our room was great (quite large) and we were looked after wonderfully well. The only negative was the taxi the hotel arranged to take us to Chiavari. The taxi was run down, the driver was 'off hand' and he charged 150 Euro's ...despite us querying the amount. On the way in from the same location we paid 58 Euro's so 'ripped off'

The property was lovely. The staff was exceptional. They allowed us to check in a bit early and stored our luggage until we got back from lunch. Then they personally escorted us to our room . We did not partake of the breakfast. It cost 30 euro per person and we thought that was a bit pricey for the amount of food that we eat for breakfast. We walked two blocks and had a great breakfast for about 15 euro instead of 60 euro. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel in the back. Very modern rooms, white, bright but small.

This is a fantastic hotel, close to everything. Very hip and stylish lobby and outdoor lounge. The only thing that could improve is the hot tub was cold and we could not get it to heat up but we would highly recommend this property when visiting Santa Margherita ligure.
