Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The issues we had were the thin walls between the rooms and people coming in at 1 to 4 am and talking full volume and constantly making it hard to sleep.

Excellent séjour. Hôtel très confortable.

Excellent séjour. Hôtel bien situé par rapport aux sites (visite de Santa Margherita, Portofino, Rapallo). Très confortable, très propre. Literie très confortable. Parking dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel ce qui est très rare. Petit déjeuner excellent, copieux, complet, cappuccino, latte macchiato, chocolat chaud délicieux. Un petit bémol : on entend un peu les occupants des chambres voisines.
